AI for Parents & Guardians

Helping Families Navigate AI with Confidence

This free, online workshop gives parents and guardians a clear, practical understanding of today’s AI tools, including what they are, how students use them, and how to support safe, responsible use at home. Participants will learn how AI can strengthen learning (not replace it), what healthy boundaries look like, how to spot misuse, and how to talk with children about ethics, digital safety, and academic integrity.

The session includes live demonstrations, simple examples you can try at home, and guidance for supporting your child’s curiosity while protecting their privacy and wellbeing.

Best for: Parents/guardians of students in grades 3–12
Focus Areas: Safety • Ethics • Learning Support • Healthy Boundaries
